Our Dealerships
Skier’s Marine was established in 1995 and operated out of Rett Tyler’s basement. During the first few years in business, Rett worked as a full-time police officer while selling boats in his free time. In its first year, Skier’s Marine sold six Malibu Boats, marking the beginning of its journey. By 2011, Rett’s sons had joined the family business and opened the Athens, AL dealership. Since then, Skier’s Marine has experienced remarkable growth, nearing 500%. In the spring of 2024, Skier’s Marine broke ground on the Jackson, Mississippi boat dealership. With 29 years in business, Skier’s Marine has become the premier watersports authority for central Alabama and continues to influence watersports communities across the southeast. We remain a family-owned, operated, and Christian-based boat dealership. We have become the top location for MasterCraft and a top Supra and Moomba dealer nationwide.
