I can't say enough good things about the entire team at Skier's Marine! The attention to detail and thorough knowledge by everyone we encountered is unsurpassed. It is clear that they all have a passion for the industry (boating and watersports) and share of love for the people (each other and their customers). I could go into the whole story of our journey to find a boat, but that's too long. I'll just say that I would have never considered a Mastercraft due to pre-conceived notions. We initially came here looking at used boats from other brands. They dealt with us for MONTHS and never once made us feel like an inconvenience. Eventually, after we increased our budget a second time, we were encouraged to water test a brand new NXT20. It was a little smaller than what I thought I wanted, but it exceeded all of my expectations during the water test. The wave was great with factory ballast and the wakeboard wake rivals any other boat that I've tried (Nautique was previously my favorite). We primarily dealt with Heidi, who was fantastic from start to finish! Heidi and Shawn were great during the water test and Shawn was able to answer all of my (technical and very specific) questions. Jeff, in finance, was thorough and very communicative. Blake was great during the delivery experience. If you want to feel like part of the family and not just another sale, you seriously need to go see the team at Skier's Marine in Gainesville. The experience was FAR SUPERIOR to that of other new dealerships in the area.
