I sold my previous tow boat earlier this year and started searching Marketplace and Google for my next one. Not only did I get a great deal, but they personally delivered the boat to me over five hours away. Every boat is going to have its quirks, and I’ve had a few minor issues, but the team at Skiers Marine has provided some of the best customer service and support I’ve ever experienced. As someone who owns and operates a business, I understand what it takes to serve customers at a high level, and these guys absolutely get it. Brian and Kyle have been rock stars from day one. I’ve had parts break, and they’ve overnighted replacements to me without hesitation. No questions asked. No headaches. Just solutions. They answer phone calls and text messages, even on weekends and their days off. They could easily say, “He’s five hours away, he’ll just have to wait,” but that’s never been their attitude. Instead, they’ve gone above and beyond to take care of me and my family every step of the way. That level of service is rare these days, and it’s something I genuinely appreciate. I won’t buy another boat from another dealer. In fact, I’m trying to convince them to open a location in Northwest Arkansas. They say the dealer you buy from is more important than the boat itself. I’ve found that to be true, and these guys are the ABSOLUTE BEST!! When looking around for a boat for my family, I shopped every brand out there. I decided on skiers because they made me feel like family. These guys have been phenomenal before and after the sale. They have gone above and beyond, time and time again. The team truly cares about you and your experience. Kyle was my main man when we bought the boat. From there I’ve worked with several other folks on the team, and they have been there for me from Max helping me to Blaine calling me on his days off to make sure my questions are answered. Skier’s Marine is hands down the best. We bought our boat 2 years ago when they first opened, Max and Kyle were very helpful and knowledgeable. And now, even 2 years in, I receive calls from Blaine checking in to see how things are going with the boat. And if there is an issue they are quick to remedy. Blaine and Blake have been awesome! Blaine always responds in a timely manner even on his days off. Highest recommendation for this dealership!

Wow. What a fantastic organization. These are people who truly care about one thing. Getting your family in the best possible situation to share quality time on the water. My wife and I purchased a Mastercraft NXT 24 from Skiers Marine and had a wonderful experience. Transferred the boat in fast from another location at no cost and fell in love. Max has been in touch with us through a very long purchase timeframe and was great the whole way. He did sell us he advised. He knew that we would purchase when the boat and time was right.
