Even after the sale, Nate has continued to go out of his way to ensure everything is taken care of, and Stephen has been fantastic as well. They’ve even gone so far as to keep our boat safe until our dock is completed, which shows how much they truly value their customers. I had an outstanding experience with Curtis at Skiers Marine. He was honestly one of the most helpful people I’ve ever spoken with at a marine repair shop. Not only did Curtis take the time to return my phone call, but he patiently answered every question I had and made sure I understood everything. The level of service even AFTER the sale surpasses what I have experienced anywhere BEFORE a sale. Jared is proactive, flexible, and is always looking out for my best interest. Jeff in finance, calls me back within seconds and when I gave him a challenge…. He didn't meet my number, he beat it. Both team members were phenomenal and not only would I buy from them again, I will actually recommend them to anyone even thinking about a boat. Also got my old boat serviced there during the same time period and the service crew was quick and extremely informative letting me know the issue, possible solutions, and costs. The whole process was so pleasantly surprising, I called the CEO and let him know my thoughts.
